Kånken was released in 1978 to help prevent back problems seen among Swedish school children and over the years has become one of Fjallraven’s most popular products. Kånken Mini is suitable for smaller children and even adults who want to have a small backpack. Constructed from hard-wearing and water resistant Vinylon F fabric, Kånken features a spacious main compartment, two side pockets and a zipped pocket on the front for quick access to smaller items like keys and documents. There is also a removable padded back in there which doubles as seat cushion whenever you want to sit down and have some rest outside. Simple, yet practical, Kånken is equally suited to city commutes, as it is to trekking and traveling.
