- Size guide
This is the exact reproduction of a rare version of 501 model which only existed from 1966 to 1971. The reason why this iteration of 501 gained so much attention is the combination of bar tacks instead of copper rivets at back pockets and Red Tab with a capital “E”, which would change to current lowercase “e” in 1971. Another notable feature is the generous fit with rounded top block and a slightly tapered leg compared to slimmer versions of the previous years. Recreated in the original 12 oz unsanforized Cone Mills denim, the jeans will shrink by approximately 1.5 size during the wash process, so we strongly recommend sizing up one or two sizes depending on desired fit. With wear and wash these jeans will adopt to your body and develop beautiful and unique fades.
