Carhartt WIP XXV

25 years of Work In Progress

Workwear has long become much more than just a uniform for blue collar workers. But while everyone out there is only inspired by it, for Carhartt WIP it’s a real legacy. American loggers, truckers and farmers are still wearing Carhartt workwear to do their daily job. During the early 90s workwear aesthetics have been finally transmitted to the streets of New York where hip-hop communities, graffiti writers and skateboarders were looking for the same core values - quality, durability and comfort. 25 years later Carhartt WIP still continues to be at the forefront of merging heritage workwear with modern street culture.
